Established in 1986, Operation Mobilisation New Zealand has been equipping and sending Kiwis to serve both locally and globally for nearly four decades. As part of the worldwide OM movement, we're uniquely positioned to connect New Zealand's heart for adventure with God's heart for the nations. From our base in Manukau, Auckland, we work alongside churches and individuals across the country to make the Gospel accessible to those who have little or no opportunity to hear about Jesus.
Our Heart for the Least Reached
We believe that each and every person is loved by God, created equally in His image, and deserves to hear the Good News of Jesus, at least once. This conviction drives everything we do, from training young leaders through Off The GRID to supporting long-term missionaries serving amongst unreached people groups worldwide.

Whether you're called to pray from home, support through giving, or go to the mission field, OM New Zealand provides pathways for every type of calling. We equip churches for mission engagement, run transformative leadership programmes, and provide ongoing care for Kiwi missionaries serving overseas.
