Catering/Cook Manager February 2020: Belgium
Ministry Details The catering manager would be responsible for planning and preparing meals for groups from 2 to 100 including shopping and ordering food. The manager must be sure to follow safety and health regulations as well as be able to adopt to people with particular dietary needs. Participant Profile The manger must have previous catering experience and be able to communicate well in English. Zav center staff will assist you in learning how to adapt to Belgian catering culture. Accommodation On site living accommodations are included, you will be living in community with other volunteers, guests and OMers from around the world at OM Belgium's main conference and office facility. Food All meals are provided. Please notify us if you have any dietary restrictions. Travel Participants are encouraged to arrive at Brussels International Airport (BRU). Flight and travel costs to Belgium are not included in the outreach cost. Please contact your local OM Office for travel arrangements. Health Each participant is encouraged to have their own travel insurance and must notify us of any dietary or medical conditions so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Visa Please contact your local OM Office for information on Visa requirements. Please be aware of the 90 day, visa free travel for participants from outside of Europe. The participant's arrival and departure from the Schengen Area WITHOUT a visa needs to fall within the 90 day period. Notes We are able to accept a catering manager for up to 6 months. The cost displayed is based on 3 months and will be adjusted according to length of stay. |
