Ministry Details As a result of MDT Caravan, we want to see global participants, including same, near and far-culture people, walking in step with God as their hearts and experiences are stretched. We want to equipe them practically and with confidence to engage with Muslims as a member of our teams or in their home church in the Muslim world or diaspora. Participant Profile Participants need to be flexible, teachable, somewhat adventurous as they explore and adjust to a new environment. Participants need to be in good health as the MDT programme requires a lot of walking and travelling Accommodation People will be staying in rented flats sharing with other participants or in the homes of other workers. Food Students are given allowances each week and expected to cater for themselves by a simple lifestyle. Some team meals will be shared together. Travel Participants need to get to Antalya. The Antalya International Airport (AYT) is the prefered airport for arrivals. All ministry travel during MDT is covered. Health In the addition to the requirement of Personal insurance, basic private insurance will be purchased in Turkey when applying for a residence permit (this cost is included in the participants fee). Visa Before arriving in Turkey, participants need to apply for an e-visa's online or through their embassy or consulate.
