Coordinator of MDT Love Europe (Missions Discipleship Training): Germany

Are you passionate about training and mentoring young adults? Do you want to see them grow in their relationship with Christ and getting involved in what God is doing among the least reached in Europe? We would love someone to join our team that has the ability to organise and coordinate our MDT and has a heart for training and mentoring. We are looking for someone to provide direction and oversight to the ongoing development of the MDT programme, as well as to network with OM teams and churches

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Commitment Length: +3 Years (full time)
  • Priority: High

MDTs exist to INSPIRE, EQUIP and CONNECT a generation to make vibrant communities of Jesus-followers among the least reached.

You primary responsibilities will include giving oversight to the MDT programme, developing training curriculum, recruiting of new trainees and communication with different parties involved.

Team language is English, Basic German is required.
