OM Latin America desires to serve the Lord with excellence in all areas. Recently, OM has started a process to implement a common way of doing things across all the countries in our area. We now need someone to be the champion who will continue and expand this process, helping all our departments and ministries to work more efficiently and more effectively. This role involves working with both the Field/Country Leaders and members of their teams, to encourage, instruct, assist and monitor their progress. Although there are some International OM standards that must be followed, it is more about sharing tools and processes that will help to make our people’s lives and jobs easier. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that OM's Data Protection policies are applied across the LAM area.

Country: Could be based anywhere within the Latin America Area

Requirements:
Ability to understand and work with details and processes
Ability to learn quickly and to explain clearly.
Ability to relate well with people, and to understand their needs and hindrances
Be flexible and adaptable 
Proficiency in English 
Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese (or willing to learn) 
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
Available to travel within Latin America when required.
