Latin America Policies, Practices and Standards Officer: Argentina

As OM in the Latin America Area seeks to expand our operations in order to meet the challenge of sending 2000 Latinos to the unreached, we need to ensure that our Policies, Practices and Standards (PPS) are suitable, practical, available, understood, implemented and followed. The PPS Officer’s responsibility touches almost every area of our activities, and presents a wonderful opportunity to help the teams reach their full potential for Jesus.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Commitment Length: 2 Years (full time)
  • Priority: High

OM Latin America desires to serve the Lord with excellence in all areas. Recently, OM has started a process to implement a common way of doing things across all the countries in our area. We now need someone to be the champion who will continue and expand this process, helping all our departments and ministries to work more efficiently and more effectively. This role involves working with both the Field/Country Leaders and members of their teams, to encourage, instruct, assist and monitor their progress. Although there are some International OM standards that must be followed, it is more about sharing tools and processes that will help to make our people’s lives and jobs easier. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that OM's Data Protection policies are applied across the LAM area.
