Financial Development officer: Mexico

We are looking for a person who is gifted in:

Developing and maintain the stragtegical relations with financial partners, supporting churches, foundations, and prospective partners.

Working closely with field leader and international parties for the implent of the financial stategy

Training new recruits in building a partnership team.

To increase the financial support for personnel, projects, and field ministries.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Commitment Length: 2 Years (full time)
Priority: Medium

Requirements:

Mature Christian
Organizational and administrative skills
Effective communication skills(eg. presentation)
Flexible and adaptable
Proficient in English
Proficient in Spanish (or willing to learn)
Computer skills (Word, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Able to take the initiative
Cultural/Emotional intelligence
