Prior experience in the MENA Area is preferable, however we are willing to train a new persons to take on this position for future new recruits.  If transferring to our field from another MENA field, a person could start quickly after an initial adjustment phase.  If we train a new person to take this position then at least one year is needed to gain vital experience and preparation for training others in the years following.
