Our small team in New Zealand is passionate about world missions. We are a missions organisation committed to resourcing, encouraging and mobilising Kiwis to find their place as missions workers in God's harvest field. We also support and act as the "home base" for the many Kiwi workers with OM around the world.

Like most other OM fields where there is an established church, OM New Zealand is run by a field leader answerable to a board made up of local Christians. The OMNZ Board is comprised of Rob McArthur (Chair), Ron Lang (Secretary), Roger Larkins (Treasurer), Susie Burton and Jane Barlow. Our previous field leader has stepped down, and Rob McArthur is currently our acting field leader as we prayerfully seek to find a replacement field leader.

Along with being involved in local ministries, OM in New Zealand runs TEA, a 10-week discipleship and evangelism training programme in the great outdoors, as well as running an English school for non-English-speaking future OM workers to improve their language ability.
